Datuk Seri Ir. Dr. Wee Ka Siong, President of the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) and Chairman of the TARC Education Foundation, ceremoniously launched the latest publications by the ISER. Accompanied by senior MCA leaders, the event marked the debut of A Grand Vision: MCA and Higher Education in Malaysia, a bilingual work (available in Chinese and English editions) co-authored by Dr. Yap Hon Lun and Mr. H’ng Gaik Hong
